    Terms And Conditions -" TAX Free Accommodation ® "
  1. We act as a booking agent on behalf of our Supplier(s). We do not operate any of the services ourselves. For all bookings your contract will also be with the Supplier(s) concerned. The suppliers booking conditions will apply to your contract and details can be obtained on request.We offer the best rates as per the suppliers current rate structure.Our rates are calculated on the basis of the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels. We share this benefit to our customers for getting TAX Free Accommodation ® from Supplier(s)[Hotels / Resorts/ Home stay] .
  2. This Offer open to individuals who are 18 or older and have a valid email address.
  3. To getting this offer ( Tax Free Accommodation)® Pay the full amount of room rate to Morningkerala Holidays .Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments are required to be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) must be strictly borne by the payer.
  4. Non-arrival may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation and applicable cancellation charges may be applied.
  5. The standard check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-outs are on request, subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  6. Service Charge made to Morningkerala Holidays are non-refundable & non-transferrable in the event of you cancelling or amending a booking.
  7. We act as agent only in respect of all bookings we take or make on your behalf. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any accommodation or any other service that you book or for the acts or omissions of any accommodation or other service provider or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with the accommodation or other service (‘Suppliers’).
  8. Upon making a booking, you agree to make a non-refundable payment (service Charge) to morningkerala Holidays
  9. If you do not make full payment on time, the Supplier concerned may treat your booking as cancelled by you and impose cancellation charge (please see the Supplier’s terms for full details).You are not eligible for for getting a TAX Free Accommodation ®
  10. Once we have received your booking and all appropriate payments, we will, subject to availability, confirm your arrangements on behalf of the Supplier(s) concerned by issuing a confirmation email. Please check this email carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. As we act only as agent we will have no responsibility for any errors in any documentation except where those errors were made by us. Subject to this, we regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy in any document within 14 days of our sending it out.
  11. The reservation numbers included on your confirmation should be quoted to the Supplier(s) concerned in all enquiries, cancellations or amendments to the reservation.
Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings by you
    If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, cancellation/amendment charges will generally be payable. The amount of such charges varies according to the time your notice of cancellation is received by the Supplier(s) concerned before departure.Non-arrival may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation and applicable cancellation charges may be applied.
    Your contract for the supply of accommodation is with the accommodation supplier and its booking conditions apply. As agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the accommodation. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions.We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which in most cases is the equivalent for a one night stay.
    Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations to you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the Supplier in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
    If you have any complaints concerning any services we provide, you must inform us straight away in writing and in any event within 14 days of the end of any arrangements booked through us. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not so notified. Our maximum liability to you if we are found to have been at fault in relation to any service we provide (as opposed to any service provided by any accommodation owner for whom we are not responsible) is limited to the payment made to Morningkerala Holidaysin relation to the booking in question.Use email ID (morningkerala@gmail.com)for this concern.

    Your contract for the supply of accommodation is with the accommodation supplier and its booking conditions apply. As agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the accommodation. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We will not be responsible:

    For any information about the accommodation that we pass on to you in good faith; Our maximum liability to you if we are found to have been at fault in relation to any service we provide (as opposed to any service provided by any accommodation supplier for whom we are not responsible) is limited to the cost of your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.

    Non-Availability of Hotel : In case of the requested hotel being non available for your dates, Morningkerala Holidays will find other hotels in the same city that are available for your dates. If you so choose you might go for the alternative and a new bill will be raised to which you are bound. But if you want to cancel because of non-availability, then the WHOLE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED as per our refund policy.
    If You Change Your Booking
    If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.

    Refund: With regards to the refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as mentioned above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete, due to banking procedures involved. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to the Bank account, the bank charges would be deducted from the refund amount.
